Pedro are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and fun Digital Strategist to join our team.
Based in Leeds and working with clients throughout the UK, Pedro is not your average digital marketing consultancy. Our culture is open and we actively encourage creativity in everything we do. Part of a wider group our team covers everything from SEO to web design and development.
You’ll be the face of the agency, managing and developing digital strategies. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll get involved with new projects, scoping them out and creating a campaign roadmap.
Day-to-day, you’ll help manage teams of marketers, helping them to understand what is required of them and enabling them to overcome obstacles in their path.
You’ll partner clients throughout, regularly updating them on the progress of campaigns, being their first line of contact, managing their expectations and providing them with an excellent service. There’s fantastic scope here to get involved with a great range of clients, across multiple sectors.
This agency offers a working environment with a fantastic work-life balance. You have the opportunity to work remotely (full time if you wish!), with a great degree of autonomy to manage your own time.
What We’re Looking For
The right person for the job will have digital experience, most likely in an agency environment. It goes without saying that you’ll be ‘people person’, we need someone who is able to endear themselves to clients and colleagues alike.
Previous experience managing campaigns would be a distinct advantage. It would also help if you are familiar with all the usual campaign management tools e.g. Trello, Slack, Basecamp. That said, if you already use other tools that could be used effectively, we’re definitely open to hearing about them.
For the right person, this role has plenty of scope for personal and professional development. Personality-wise you’ll need to be self-motivated as this is quite a stand-alone role, with a great degree of autonomy. You’ll need to be happy managing your own time, prioritising tasks and taking responsibility for projects.
